Our Services Include:

COR Program Development

Working alongside your company’s senior management, we will develop and implement a COR program and guide you every step of the way towards COR certification.

Custom Safety Programs

By completing a GAP analysis on a client’s existing safety management system we can tailor our services to create a safety program developed specifically for our client’s needs.

Policy Development

Developing policies can be a time consuming task. We can create written policies to ensure our client’s valuable time is committed to their business. After determining their needs, we can develop a comprehensive policy manual to ensure the safety of our clients and their employees.

On-site Safety Inspections

By performing on-site safety inspections, our clients can rest assured that all the work that has been put into building a safety management system is being applied and followed on the jobsite.

Development Of Job Safety Analysis

Our safety consultants can help with the identification of tasks that require a Job Safety Analysis. Once that information is gathered we can create an inventory of Critical Tasks and develop Safe Work Procedures specific to the scope of work of our clients.

Tailgate/ Toolbox Meetings

Our services include the option for the development and presentation of pre-job safety meetings or tailgate/toolbox talks. We will work with management to determine topics for safety talks then develop and present the information at the client’s own safety meetings.

Understanding Workplace Safety

Keeping up with the ever-changing safety regulations that govern your particular business can be a full-time job. In Manitoba, all workplaces with 20 or more people regularly employed during the course of the year require a full safety program. Unfortunately, many businesses simply can’t afford to dedicate the necessary man-hours to maintaining compliance.

That’s where ECS can help. Our services will save your employees time, save the company money and help you maintain a sterling safety record. ECS can help in the development of all aspects of that program, ensuring you are in full compliance and operating safely and efficiently.

The ECS Consulting Process

Our consulting process starts with a detailed assessment of your existing safety programs, followed by the design and implementation of a program, or a component of the program, that is specific to your needs. We offer our clients the benefit of ongoing support and safety management system monitoring. A properly functioning safety program requires dedicated maintenance and oversight to ensure up-to-date material is available for all employees.

Our services range from a basic consultation and mentoring package all the way to our highest level or service in which we monitor, implement and oversee a fully functioning COR safety manual with audit maintenance. On the page that follows you’ll see a few of our service packages, which can be customized for our client’s needs.
